Ingredients:
1 onion 1 garlic clove
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
1 tin of chickpeas
1 handful of spinach
Method
1. Cook onion for a few minutes until soft
2. Add all spices, be careful not to burn
3. Add in chopped tomatoes and chickpeas and simmer for 35 minutes
4. Add a handful of spinach just before serving
